Order Cancellation Policy

Every NUWALL order processed by NUWALL is treated as one-of-a-kind. However, certain situations may lead to cancellation of an order. Our Order Cancellation Policy takes into account all the clauses related to order cancellation, both by NUWALL and by the customer. Order Cancellation by NUWALL

NUWALL may, at times, be unable to accept certain product orders from its customers and may need to cancel the same.
The company reserves the sole right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason. Some situations that may result in a customer’s order getting cancelled include:

  • Limitations on the quantity available for purchase
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  • Issues identified by our credit & fraud avoidance team
  • Request for printing of any illegal or pornographic images

We will contact you through email or phone if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back to your Card Account in 5 working days.

 

Order Cancellation by the Customer

  • Since all orders are one-of-a-kind and processed, printed and dispatched on-demand only after due confirmation by the customer, NUWALL does not offer the provision to cancel an order once it is confirmed and paid for by the customer.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by NUWALL and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
  • In keeping with the above stated terms as well as the terms of its Refund Policy, NUWALL is not liable to refund any payments made by a customer against an order that he/she wishes to cancel.
